Cooldle is a private beta app designed to help people turn shared intentions into real-life moments.

This privacy policy explains what information Cooldle collects, why it is used, and how users can contact us.

Cooldle may collect and process the following information:

• your phone number, used to create and access your Cooldle account;
• intentions, invitations, proposed time slots, availability choices, confirmations and related participation status;
• phone numbers of people invited to shared intentions;
• notification tokens, if you enable notifications;
• technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the app;
• messages you send to us for support.

If you allow Cooldle to access your contacts, this is used to help you choose people to invite more easily. Cooldle does not use your address book for advertising or tracking.

We use this information to:

• let users create, receive and manage invitations;
• show possible shared time slots;
• confirm when an intention becomes planned;
• send relevant notifications;
• maintain the security and reliability of the app;

Cooldle does not sell personal data.

Cooldle does not use third-party tracking for advertising purposes.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Cooldle may send notifications related to invitations, possible matches, confirmations, or planned moments.

You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Cooldle keeps data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, provide the service, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

You can delete your account from the app settings. When you delete your account, Cooldle will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, unless retention is necessary for legitimate technical, security or legal reasons.
